Numbered cards

The numbered cards are the "secondary" forces linking the cosmic layers to each other. In other words they may be considered the elements that connects the World of Thought, represented by the Major Arcana to the World of Happening, represented by the Court Cards.

We will now talk about two characteristics of the Minors: Suit and Number.

Chalices: linked to the element of Water, it is the psychic activity, represents emotions, sentimental and spiritual richness.
Pentacles: linked to the element of Earth, it is the economic activity, the material world and what calls for an exaltation of the self.
Wands: linked to the element of Fire, it represents the activity of the body and its strenght. It is will and the ability to create in the physical world.
Swords: linked to the element of Air, it represents the intellectual world, psychical health and the balance between body and mind.

Ace: starting point, beginning of a new phase.
Two: evolution, critical point.
Three: decision, end of a stillness, birth.
Four: stability, consolidation of a situation.
Five: new developement, transition from a point of view to another.
Six: isolation, self assensing, search for balance.
Seven: intelligence in action, intellectual speculation.
Eight: ambition, striving to a specific goal.
Nine: experience, moving from abstract to physical.
Ten: analysis, final results, maximum development.

Wheel of balance

When you have to relation yourself with a fellow being, your opinions interact with each other, like on a wheel. Only when this flowing of opinions and feeling is balanced there may be a proper relation.

Ruota dell'equilibrio

Ogni volta che ci si relaziona con un altro individuo, le nostre reciproche opinioni interagiscono come in una ruota. Solo quando le opinioni scorrono armoniosamente tra loro e sono in equilibrio si ha una relazione costruttiva.

   Carte Numerali

Le carte numerali sono forze "secondarie" che collegano tra loro i livelli cosmici. In breve sono qugli elementi che collegano il Mondo delle Idee, rappresentato dagli Arcani Maggiori, al Mondo Fenomenico, rappresentato dalle Carte di Corte.

Tratteremo ora due degli elementi degli Arcani Minori: il Seme e il Numero.

Coppe: legate all'elemento dell'Acqua sono l'attività psichica. Rappresentano le emozioni e la ricchezza spirituale o affettiva.
Denari: legati all'elemento della Terra sono l'attività economica, il mondo materiale e l'esaltazione dell'Io.
Bastoni: legati all'elemento del Fuoco, sono l'attività del Corpo e la sua forza, nonché l'abilità di creare nel mondo fisico.l
Spade: legate all'elemento dell'aria, rappresentano il mondo intellettuale, il rapporto tra corpo e mente e la salute mentale.

Asso: punto di origine, inizio di un nuovo ciclo.
Due: evoluzione, punto critico.
Tre: decisione, termine di una fase di inerzia, nascita.
Quattro: stabilità, consolidamento di una situazione.
Cinque: nuovo sviluppo, passaggio da un piano a un altro.
Sei: isolamento, autoanalisi, ricerca di un equilibrio.
Sette: intelligenza in azione, speculazione intellettuale.
Otto: ambizione, sforzo che mira a un risultato preciso.
Nove: esperienza, orientamento dall'astratto verso il concreto.
Dieci: analisi, risultato finale, massimo sviluppo.
